Although Pirouet Records has researched, checked and continuously updated all specifications and information contained on the Internet pages of the Online Shop with due diligence. Any liability or warranty for the actuality, correctness and completeness of the data provided cannot be accepted.

All data communicated to us is handled with strict confidentiality and is used exclusively for internal processing of your requests and orders. We shall not disclose any of your data to third parties unless essential for order processing (e.g. for dispatch serves). Although your order data is encrypted and secured for data transmission via Internet, Pirouet Records disclaims any liability for security risks during the transmission of your data on the Internet (e.g. security risk due to technical problems of the provider), or for any criminal access to files on our Website.

In its decision dated 12th of Mai 1998 – 312 O 85/98 – “Liability for Links”, the Landgericht (District Court) Hamburg has ruled that anyone distributing links to web pages has to share the responsibility for the content of linked pages. This situation can be avoided, so the court ruling, by explicitly disclaiming any liability for such contents.
For this reason, we explicitly disclaim any liability for the content of all external links provided on our Homepage. This declaration is valid for all external links included in all of our Internet pages.

General business terms:
1. General terms
All services provided to the customer by the Pirouet Records Online Shop shall be carried out exclusively on the basis of the following General Terms and Conditions. Differing regulations shall only be valid if agreed between the Online Shop and the customer.
2. Conclusion of contract
2.1 The offers made by Pirouet Records on the Internet shall only constitute a non-binding invitation to the customer to complete a sales contract in the Online Shop.
2.2 In ordering the desired goods on the Internet the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a contract.
2.3 Pirouet Records Online Shop shall be entitled to immediately accept this offer by returning an order confirmation to the customer by email.
3. Delivery
3.1 All articles are shipped immediately, depending on stock availability. Goods are shipped within Germany and to international locations.
3.2 Goods are delivered to German locations within one to three weekdays, if not specified otherwise in the offer. Shipment to international locations can take several weekdays if not specified otherwise in the offer.
3.3 If an article is not available on a short-term basis, Pirouet Records will inform you of the expected delivery date by way of email. Your statutory rights shall remain unaffected.
4. Shipping and packaging costs
4.1 For the packaging and shipping of goods delivered to German locations Pirouet Records charges a flat rate of 4.00 EUR for up to five CDs and 6.00 EUR for six to ten CDs. Deliveries to European locations are subject to a charge of 6.00 EUR for up to five CDs and 8.00 EUR for six to ten CDs. For all international deliveries to locations outside of Europe, Pirouet Records charges 8.00 EUR for up to five CDs and 14.00 EUR for six to ten CDs.
5. Payment
5.1 All prices stated are final prices and include the currently valid VAT of 19%.
5.2 Payment methods available for deliveries within Germany:Credit CardCash On Delivery (COD)
(The customer is committed to pay the full amount immediately upon receipt of the ordered goods.)For goods delivered by way of COD, the recipient is billed with the extra COD charges of the Deutsche Post AG.
5.3 International deliveries are settled by means of Credit Card.
5.4 Pirouet Records shall retain exclusive title to the goods delivered until full payment of the purchase price (retention of title in accordance with §§ 158, 449 BGB). Upon expiration of the agreed contractual payment period, Pirouet Records reserves the right of claiming extra charges for the completion of reminder and enforcement measures.
6. Withdrawal policy
The right of withdrawal shall be excluded for orders placed by the buyer for the purpose of his own commercial or independent professional activity.
6.1 Withdrawal rights
The purchasing party is entitled to cancel this contract within 14 days without stating any reasons. The withdrawal period is 14 days and begins on the day on which the purchasing party or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the purchasing party has acquired the material possession of the goods.In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the purchasing party is obliged to notify the trader (PIROUET RECORDS · Christian Seizer · Braystrasse 18 · 81677 München · phone: +49-175-5623824 info@pirouet.de) accordingly by means of express request (e.g. by mail, fax, or e-mail) to withdraw from this contract. The purchasing party may use the downloadable standard withdrawal form to this effect, though without being obliged to do so.To observe the withdrawal period, it shall be considered sufficient for the purchasing party to send off the notification prior to the expiration of the withdrawal period.The right of withdrawal is excluded in cases pursuant to Article 312 g (2) of the German Civil Code (BGB).
6.2 Consequences of withdrawal
If the purchasing party cancels this contract, Pirouet Records e.K. shall reimburse all payments received including shipping costs (excluding additional costs incurred if the purchasing party has selected a delivery procedure other than the standard, most cost-effective shipment offered by Pirouet Records e.K.) immediately, but no later than 14 days after having received the notification of withdrawal of this contract. If not agreed otherwise, Pirouet Records e.K. shall employ the means of payment the purchasing party has used for the original transaction, without claiming any fees for this reimbursement. Pirouet Records e.K. is entitled to withhold the reimbursement until the merchandise has been returned, or the purchasing party has submitted satisfactory proof of having sent back the goods – whichever may be the earlier date.
The purchasing party is obliged in all cases to return the merchandise to Pirouet Records e.K., Grünwalder Weg 30, D-82041 Oberhaching, immediately within fourteen days, starting on the day of notification of the withdrawal. The deadline shall be deemed to have been observed if the buyer has dispatched the goods prior to the expiration of this deadline. The purchasing party is liable for the immediate costs of the return shipment. The purchasing party shall be liable for costs up to an estimated amount of approximately 100.00 EUR incurred by the shipment of merchandise that cannot be dispatched in parcels.
The purchasing party shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and the functioning of the goods.
End of the Withdrawal Policy
7. Warranty
The customer is committed to inspect incoming goods immediately and report any transport damages found to the freight company. The customer shall forward any claims of recognizable transport damage to the merchandise in writing to Pirouet Records within a period of three days after having received the goods.Pirouet Records disclaims any liability for any defects caused by improper handling, normal wear and tear, or by third parties. The warranty shall be void if the purchaser or a third party undertakes modification or repairs to the goods without our explicit written approval.
8. Liability
8.1 The Online Shop shall be deemed liable in cases of intent or gross negligence in accordance with statutory provisions. Liability is pursuant to law on a no-fault basis. The Online Shop is only liable in cases of minor negligence according to provisions of the Product Liability Act, for harm to the body, the health or the life of human beings, or for the violation of substantial contractual duties. However, the Online Shop shall be liable only up to the amount of damages as typically foreseeable at the time of entering into the purchase agreement in respect of damages caused by a slightly negligent breach of a material contractual obligation, unless incurred by on account of injury to life, body, or health. The Online Shop shall also be liable for the same scope of damages incurred by its representatives or vicarious agents.
8.2 The rules specified in paragraph 8.1 cover compensation in addition to performance, compensation instead of performance, and claims for the reimbursement of wasted expenses, irrespective of legal grounds, including liability for defects, delay or impossibility.

12. Scope of the T&Cs
By placing an order, you accept the General Terms and Conditions of the Online Shop. In the event that any provisions of the General Terms and Conditions should be invalid, regardless of the reason, the validity of the remaining provisions will not be affected.
